Job Description
· Initial and Final lay out measurement for clients (residential, office or commercial)
- Does regular inspection of site condition.
· Can read and assessed the drawing plan and elevation for cabinet design.
- Attends to technical and job site meetings or site coordination.
· Coordinates with Designers, on site Project Managers and Production Personnel regarding design or measurement discrepancies/ concerns related to Endorsement and Revision Order preparation.
· Identify, suggest and implement corrective actions to improve company standards and quality.
- Ensures complete materials on site.
- Ensures quality installation.
- In charge of monitoring and does reports on project progress
- Manages and leads the assigned scope of works.
- Coordinates and ensure completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Assists in other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation.
- Communicate and follow-up status of all punch lists and revisions in the jobsite to his counterpart in the production.
- Do the Turn-over and Punchlist once project completed.
