Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Business-related course.
- At least 3 years of related experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and
- industry best practices.
- Process and monitor check deposits and other company receipts.
- Prepare and assist in payments to suppliers accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with clients and business partners regarding billing and payments.
- Prepare accounting reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation,
- and document filing.
- Can effectively communicate in both English and Filipino.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned
- by management.
- Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented.
