Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, social media, email, and online platforms.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and availability.
Process customer orders and assist with payments and delivery arrangements.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Record customer interactions, orders, and sales activities accurately.
Handle customer concerns and coordinate with other departments when necessary.
Stay updated on products, promotions, competitors, and market trends.
Qualifications
High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent experience.
Previous sales, customer service, or online selling experience is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using social media, messaging platforms, email, and basic computer applications.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
