WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS SUPERVIOSOR (E-COMMERCE)

Location: On-site | Don Antonio, Commonwealth, Quezon City
(Office relocating to Vertis North most likely by June or July)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations Supervisor manages daily online order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and warehouse logistics, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. They lead warehouse teams, optimize picking/packing processes, and resolve operational bottlenecks to meet sales goals.

  • Order Fulfillment Management: Supervise the entire order cycle from picking, packing, to shipping, ensuring accuracy and speed.
  • Warehouse & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with 3PLs or warehouse staff to optimize inventory storage, organization, and shipping processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate front-line associates, managing staff schedules and performance to meet daily targets.
  • Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, perform audits, and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, document procedures, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
  • Marketplace Health: Monitor marketplace health metrics (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Lazada) to maintain high performance standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex customer service escalations, logistics issues, and vendor disputes.


Job Requirements

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or logistics, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada) and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).and also knowledge in technical cases such as Operating System and basic troubleshooting of electronics devices.
  • Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills to direct staff and coordinate with other departments.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to make operational decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
