RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital Marketing Execution & Optimization
Execute digital marketing plans aligned with company goals (brand awareness, engagement, inquiries, and
sales).
Manage and optimize digital campaigns using performance data.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., content generation, caption writing, design assistance, analytics support, workflow
automation) to improve efficiency and quality.
Assist in paid campaigns (boosting, ads support) and coordinate with management on ad strategies.
2. Social Media Management (Full Ownership)
Manage ALL social media platforms across the company network, including:
Facebook Pages (multiple branches/brands)
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
Create, schedule, and publish regular content (posts, reels, short videos, stories).
Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Monitor platform trends and adjust content formats accordingly.
3. Community Management & Inquiry Handling
Actively monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across all digital platforms.
Ensure timely, professional, and brand-aligned responses.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to support inquiry conversion and follow-ups.
4. Website & Google Business Profile (GMB) Management
Manage and update the company website (basic content updates, banners, announcements, blogs if
applicable).
Ensure website information is accurate, updated, and aligned with current campaigns.
Manage and optimize all store Google Business Profiles (GMB):
Update business information, hours, photos, and services
Post regular updates and promotions
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions
Support local SEO efforts to improve branch visibility in search and maps\
5. Content Creation & Asset Organization
Produce or assist in:
Graphic designs (Photoshop, Canva)
Basic video shoots and editing
Content writing (captions, promos, short articles)
Maintain a well-organized digital filing system for creatives, captions, videos, campaigns, and reports.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, covering:
Reach, engagement, follower growth
Inquiry volume and response performance
Website and Google Business Profile activity (views, clicks, calls, direction requests)
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure reports are submitted consistently and on time.
