Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of house-to-house sales agents to promote and sell the products of the company.
- Utilize your network of sub-agents in the area to expand sales reach.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular fieldwork with the team to monitor performance and provide on-the-spot coaching.
- Generate and present sales reports to management.
- Address and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.
