Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in account management or business development within construction or fabrication industry.
Strong understanding of construction of fabrication industry.
Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-resolution skills.
Strong relationship management and client retention skills.
Ability to analyze client data and develop account growth and retention strategies.
Proficiency in MS office, software, and other relevant tool.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong customer service orientation with attention to client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local construction industry regulations and standards is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contract for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular follow-ups to identify additional needs and upsell opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
