Job Description
CPE Foods Phils. Inc., a leading food and beverage company, is looking for a Research & Development Specialist to join our team. You will help develop innovative food and beverage products, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support the process of bringing new concepts to market. Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products, including beverages, ready-to-drink (RTD) drinks, sauces, seasonings, and other food products.
- Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food regulations.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to support product scale-up and manufacturing.
- Conduct testing, documentation, and reporting of R&D activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience in product development is an advantage.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in ready-to-drink beverage development is preferred.
- Familiarity with food production systems, food safety, HACCP, GMP, CPR processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- For senior-level consideration: 2–3 years of R&D experience in food and beverage development.
