Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse equipment and utilities.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting fixtures, control panels, and power distribution equipment.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, doors, dock levelers, and racking systems.
• Support maintenance activities for forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Monitor cold room temperature, pressure levels, and system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling towers, and related refrigeration components.
• Conduct leak detection and refrigerant charging activities as necessary.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of Industrial Technology major in Airconditioning Technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, or related technical courses.
• TESDA certifications related to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (RAC) are an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial facility operations.
• Experience in a cold storage, warehouse, logistics, food manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold room operations, HVAC equipment, and air conditioning systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
