Job Description

 

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies.
Manage and oversee all procurement activities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Coordinate with various departments to understand their needs.
Prepare and manage procurement budgets.
Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
Prepare and present procurement reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage inventory levels and reorder points.
Ensure quality standards are met.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Train and mentor junior procurement staff.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews.
Develop and maintain procurement documentation.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Good in MS Office esp G sheet, and Coordination.
Advantage if has experienced in Business Devt/ OOH bilboards
Strong ang Good communication Skills.
Good background as procurement, strong and flexible
