Job Description
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock monitoring
- Prepare warehouse documents such as receiving reports, delivery records, and inventory logs
- Encode and update inventory data in the system
- Monitor stock movement, material usage, and replenishment requirements
- Coordinate with Production and Purchasing teams regarding material availability
- Support physical inventory counting and cycle counts
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse items
- Track incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse transactions
- Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics support is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work in Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona, Cavite
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with warm temperature conditions
