Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and licensed Building Electrical Engineer to take charge of the operation and maintenance of complex, high-rise engineering electrical facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who ensures the reliability and optimal performance of all critical power systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems.

2) Manage low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers (for protection and control), and the secondary power distribution to building transformers.
3) Maintain the common bus system serving both the primary power source and the emergency generators.
4) Supervise the Power Generation System, including diesel engines for stand-by power.
5) Manage the fuel systems for diesel emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
6) Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
7) Lead a technical team and coordinate with other engineering departments on facility-related projects.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Must be Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
2) Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the operation and maintenance services of high-rise engineering facilities.

- Low voltage switchgears and air circuit breakers.
