Job Description
We are a US-based digital authority company that helps local businesses get to page one of Google — without paid ads and without social media. We work with med spas, roofing contractors, HVAC companies, plastic surgeons, and other local service businesses across the United States.
We are looking for a confident, assertive, and professional appointment setter to join our team remotely. Your job is to call business owners in the US, qualify them, and book a short 10-minute introductory call with our founder Jon.
This is not a closing role. You are not selling anything. You are starting a conversation, identifying if there is a fit, and getting the right people on Jon's calendar.
What You Will Be Doing
Calling local business owners in the United States using a provided call list
Following a structured script to qualify prospects and book appointments
Updating call statuses in a shared Excel sheet after every call
Booking confirmed appointments directly into an online calendar (Calendly)
Sending a daily summary of calls made and appointments booked
What We Are Looking For
Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and natural. You will be speaking with US business owners daily.
Assertive and persistent — you are comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and not giving up after the first no.
Professional phone presence — warm but direct. You know how to hold a conversation without sounding like you are reading from a script.
Reliable and organized — you update the sheet after every call, every time. No exceptions.
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience — required. Please do not apply if you have not done outbound calling before.
Stable internet connection and a quality headset — required.
Available during US business hours (Eastern or Central Time) — required.
