Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions, providing product guidance, and demonstrating the value of our offerings.
Deliver personalized sales presentations and adapt your approach to meet each customer’s needs.
Understand customer requirements and effectively close sales opportunities.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate follow-through.
Address customer concerns promptly, maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while identifying new business opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, calls, and customer insights for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong phone-selling skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect authentically with diverse customers.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and achieving a high close rate.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM tools, phone systems, and sales tracking software.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and present product knowledge effectively.
