About the Role

We are a growing Tokyo-based search and recruitment firm looking for a Recruiter to join our expanding Technology recruitment team.

This role will focus on supporting recruitment across IT, financial services, fintech, insurtech and technology businesses, with responsibility for sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across technical, commercial and specialist positions.

You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify candidates, conduct market research, build talent pipelines and manage candidates through the recruitment process.

This is a fully remote position, making it an excellent opportunity for a recruiter based in the Philippines who enjoys working independently while being part of an international search team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct targeted headhunting and candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across technology and financial services.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for specific assignments.
• Screen candidates and assess their experience, skills and career objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through to offer and placement.
• Work with senior recruiters and consultants to understand client requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Develop knowledge of the technology and financial services talent markets.
• Consistently work toward recruitment and placement targets.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a recruiter who is research-driven, commercially minded and comfortable with proactive candidate sourcing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in IT, technology, financial services or specialist recruitment is preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and research skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Motivated by achieving recruitment targets and delivering results.
