Job Description

We are currently seeking talented and skilled professionals to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor, Cavite.

As an Account Manager, you will be expected to maintain monthly sales achievement, develop, establish, and maintain active accounts, assist and help the accounting department with customer payment collection, and improve product knowledge, product positioning, and solution selling.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and maintain monthly sales performance at no less than 150% of the annual target.
  • Expand MDTI’s market presence and grow the customer base in South Luzon.
  • Allocate at least 60% of working time to client engagement meetings and relationship-building activities.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and positioning in alignment with MDTI’s total solution strategy.
  • Apply a C-level and solution-selling approach in client interactions.
  • Submit a detailed sales pipeline report and call report at the end of each week.
  • Develop and establish at least 5 new accounts per month and maintain at least 25 active accounts monthly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and C-level engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Analytical skills to gather customer feedback and inform product/service improvements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to spend significant time engaging with clients onsite and remotely.
  • Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics relevant to South Luzon or target territories.
  • With atleast 1-3 years' work experience in Corporate Sales Executive in the IT industry.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite or relocate to other branches.
