Your mission is simple: Turn our database of 2,000+ cold leads into BOOKED REVENUE.

================================ [ YOUR DUAL MISSION ]

PART 1: THE REVENUE ENGINE (iGROW - 70% Focus) Target: B2B Corporate HR Directors

1. >>> LEAD REACTIVATION (Priority #1): You will design the strategy to "wake up" 2,000+ cold leads and convert them into sales.

2. >>> FUNNEL ARCHITECTURE: You must be a KARTRA EXPERT. You will build Landing Pages, Tripwires, and Automation Logic (Tags/Triggers).

3. >>> B2B COPYWRITING: You write emails that get read by CEOs. Professional, empathetic, and persuasive.

4. >>> PAID ADS: Manage Meta/Google Ads to feed your funnels.

PART 2: THE VISUAL PULSE (Stay at Bedever - 30% Focus) Target: B2C Travelers

5. >>> POST-PRODUCTION: We give you raw photos/videos; you edit them (CapCut/Canva) and schedule them.

6. >>> BROADCAST ONLY: You do NOT handle guest DMs or bookings. You just keep the feed alive and vibrant.

We don't just pay a salary; we share the wealth.

[+] BASE SALARY: 40,000 - 55,000 PHP / Month (Guaranteed)

[+] COMMISSION POOL: We put 10% of Revenue from every closed deal into a team pool.

--- If YOU close the lead via your funnel: You take 50% of that pool directly.

--- Plus, you get a share of the remaining pool.
