Job Description

  • - Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound deliveries (receiving, dispatching, returns).
  • - Encode daily inventory movement in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software (BigSeller, JST, etc.).
  • - Coordinate with e-commerce operations, couriers, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • - Monitor stock levels and generate regular inventory reports.
  • - Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • - Prepare and file necessary documents such as delivery receipts, waybills, return slips, and discrepancy reports.
  • - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and printing of warehouse-related documents.
  • - Communicate with suppliers, riders, and internal teams for delivery and order updates.
  • - Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of inventory items.
  • - Supports  in picking, checking and scanning.
  • - Support warehouse manager in monitoring pick-and-pack performance.
  • - Follow safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.

Job Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
  • - With experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control roles preferred.
  • - Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP (JST, BigSeller, Oracle Netsuite, etc.).
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • - Basic competency in MS Excel and inventory software.
  • - Ability to work independently and handle physical inventory tasks.
