We are seeking a skilled and experienced
ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the
ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT
Service Management (ITSM) domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and workflow
management, along with proficiency in Service Portal and Advanced Work
Assignment modules.
- Development and implementation experience
within the ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
- Must be skilled in ServiceNow client and
server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Ability to create and manage workflows using
Flow designer and Workflow Editor.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow API architecture,
Rest integrations and Scripted REST API development.
- Extensive knowledge in the Advanced Work
Assignment module such as setting up channels, queues, assignment rules,
handling agent presence and capacity and should be able to troubleshoot
technical issues within the Agent Chat and Configurable workspace.
- Proficiency in Service Portal architecture
such as creation of portals, pages, widgets, and the ability to create custom
logic using AngularJS implementation.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script
Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow
system.
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI
Macro & CMS using CSS and HTML.
- Any experience with Implementing AI functions
and Playbooks is a plus.
