Hello Traders!
Isla Capital is growing! I’m looking for more disciplined and experienced prop firm traders to join our team and trade evaluation and funded accounts through established prop firms (FTMO, Apex, Alpha Capital Group, or similar). This role is for professionals who understand prop firm rules, manage risk responsibly, and can trade consistently. It will eventually expand into live portfolio management.
You will:
- Trade prop firm challenge / evals and then funded accounts
- Strictly follow all prop firm rules and drawdown limits
- Maintain daily trade journals
- Provide regular performance updates
Compensation:
- Base Salary Pay
- Eval Passing Bonus
- Profit sharing on funded account payouts
- Large Performance Bonuses upon payout Milestones
