Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, floors, walls, and storage areas.

Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.

Store cleaned equipment and utensils in designated areas.

Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages.

Assist in receiving and storing food and kitchen supplies.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks as needed.

Maintain cleanliness in dining and back-of-house areas.

Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage but not always required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is a plus.
