Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who will oversee the efficient, safe, and quality-compliant production of gummy candies, while ensuring that production targets and operational standards are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee daily gummy candy production operations
• Ensure achievement of production targets, efficiency, yield, and quality standards
• Monitor manpower, production schedules, materials, and equipment utilization
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements
• Analyze production data, downtime, rejects, and process losses and implement improvements
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Develop and coach production supervisors and personnel
• Prepare and monitor production reports and key performance indicators

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
✅ At least 5 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing
✅ Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production is highly preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS
✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experienced in production planning, manpower management, and process improvement
✅ Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
