Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the services
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into a long-term partnership
  • Present products and services to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer's dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital services such as SEO, social media marketing, web development, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
