Job Description

Job Summary

We’re a Dubai-based company looking for a reliable and organized virtual Administrative Officer to support daily operations across different departments. The role involves handling general administrative tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting teams to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Maintain and organize documents, files, and records
  • Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Support operational tasks and special projects as needed
  • Help with basic online marketing when required
  • Liaising between departments


Work Timing

Monday to Saturday, 1:00PM-10:00PM, Manila Time

 

Salary

Php30,000 / month paid every 2 weeks.  Working Arrangement will be discussed during hiring process.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Minimum 3 years experience in office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with different teams
  • Fluent English speaker

Preferred

  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments
  • Basic online marketing experience is a plus
  • Highly organized and dependable
