HIGH LEVEL SENIOR GRAPHISOFT ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER

This position is strictly for experienced ARCHICAD professionals working in ARCHITECTURE and/or INTERIOR DESIGN. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

ON-SITE IN SUBIC BAY — MANDATORY

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior ARCHICAD Architect / Interior Designer to join our established in-house team in Subic Bay, Philippines. You will work alongside approximately 20 skilled architectural and technical staff, supporting Australian clients across a range of substantial projects, including:

· Residential

· High-end residential

· Interior design

· Multi-residential

· Commercial developments

· High-rise and tower developments

· Complex architectural documentation and BIM projects

This is an opportunity to work on international projects alongside an experienced team and contribute to projects delivered to professional Australian standards.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for someone who is genuinely senior-level in ARCHICAD and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have:

· Advanced proficiency in GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD

· Professional experience in Architecture and/or Interior Design

· Strong BIM and architectural documentation skills

· Experience producing detailed construction documentation

· Strong understanding of architectural/interior detailing

· Ability to independently work through complex projects

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong understanding of professional project workflows

· Previous Australian and/or Singaporean project experience highly desirable

· Candidates at the upper end of the range should demonstrate genuinely advanced ARCHICAD skills, together with relevant international project experience, particularly Australian or Singaporean work.

· Must be willing and able to work full-time from our Subic Bay office. There is no remote, work-from-home or hybrid option for this position.
