Responsibilities:
Using our brand guidelines, create visual assets for various projects including websites, worksheets, social media posts, books, product packaging, events and more. Produce visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our members and audiences. Your creative flair is welcome as long as it adheres to our clear brand guidelines.
Graphics & other creatives related to website, social media, and programs delivery.
1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Coordinate with Project manager regarding clarity on timelines & scope
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas (where appropriate)
5. Develop illustrations and other designs using Figma, Canva, and/or Photoshop
6. Edit on-brand videos using video editing tools such as Descript, Riverside, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
7. Use the appropriate brand colors and layouts for each graphics, videos & other creative outputs.
8. Test graphics across various media
9. Keep Brand Assets & Creative Outputs across systems organized and documented
10. Amend designs after feedback
11. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
12. Attend meetings as needed

2. A strong portfolio in graphic design and illustrations
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
8. Video Editing skills are desired, and a BIG plus+
