Job Description
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily farm operations and schedules
Supervise and train farm workers
Monitor crop and livestock health
Maintain and repair farm equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Manage inventory of supplies and materials
Collaborate with agronomists and veterinarians
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Develop and manage farm budgets
Implement sustainable farming practices
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture
o Aged 26-30, with more than 2 years of vegetable farming experience, is preferred
o Has effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members
o Has good communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office
o Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management
o Having a Driver;s license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally
o Having a passion for social media content creation is a plus
