Work Details
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Client: UK-Based
- Schedule: Part-Time, UK Time Zone
- Rate: USD $5–$6.50/hour
- Primary Tool: Linnworks
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations using Linnworks
- Process and manage orders, inventory, and product information
- Monitor and update e-commerce listings and records
- Assist with inventory and order management across sales channels
- Support various e-commerce and marketing tasks as assigned
- Identify and resolve Linnworks-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- NON-NEGOTIABLE: Advanced/high-level hands-on experience with Linnworks
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or e-commerce support
- Strong knowledge of order and inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Able to confidently take ownership of Linnworks-related tasks with minimal training
- Experience with multi-channel e-commerce platforms is an advantage
