1. Reviews all liquidation statements for completeness of documentation and attachment and post these transactions to SAP on a timely & regular basis.
2. Checks & reviews regularly the Smart Sheet for budget requests and submits the same for approval.
3. Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and related reports.
4. Prepares report of employees VALES every cut-off for payroll deductions.
5. Prepares BIR reports related to VAT & the Expanded Withholding tax in a timely manner using the SAP BIRCS module.
6. Submits the necessary reports to support payments of the VAT & the Expanded Withholding Taxes monthly and/or as needed.
7. Prepares monthly Employees Accounts ageing schedules and reconciliation.
8. Prepares monthly reconciliation of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (customer & employees) Aging schedules and submits exception reports.
9. Submits monthly analysis and reconciliation of selective other GL accounts as and when needed.
10. Safekeeps accounting records and reports in an orderly manner to facilitate accounts review and reconciliation when the need arises.
11. Updates Fixed Asset Codes via SAP in coordination with the Asset Management Team.
12. Supports full compliance and conformance to the ISO management standards 9001, 14001 & 45001.
13. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
