Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the construction, fabrication, or related industry.
Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Internal Software, MS office, software and sales analytics tools.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase market penetration and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities within the construction and fabrication sectors through market analysis, networking, anf industry research.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to improve effectiveness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
