Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Promote and sell heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, and related products to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, mining firms, and other key customers.
Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's customer base.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and excellent customer service.
Utilize social media and digital platforms to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
Assist clients with equipment financing options and coordinate with banking and financing partners when necessary.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Travel regularly to conduct site visits, client meetings, product presentations, and business development activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
At least 3 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction, or mining machinery;
Passionate about sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Customer-oriented with excellent service and relationship-building abilities
Proficient in social media platforms and Microsoft Office applications;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Experience in banking or equipment financing is an advantage;
Must possess a valid driver's license;
Willing to travel for client visits and business activities
