Job Description
Provide rapid SDA site feasibility assessments and concept design support for our development team. Turn raw land and planning data into clear development outcomes, concept layouts and world-class visualisations — supporting a 24-hour report turnaround.
WHAT YOU’LL DO • Run rapid SDA site feasibility assessments • Analyse zoning, overlays and planning data (incl. ResCode) • Prepare concept layouts and design options • Produce renders and 3D walkthroughs • Support a 24-hour feasibility report turnaround • Coordinate closely with the development and design team

Job Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
• Architecture, building design or drafting background (ESSENTIAL)
• Working knowledge of AS 1428 accessibility standards
• CAD / Revit / SketchUp and rendering tools
• Fast, detail-focused turnaround on reports and drawings
• Clear written reports and communication in English
