Job Description

Job Title: RPO Healthcare Recruiter
Position level : Specialist
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000( Please do not disclose this on your job posting or to your candidate; TP will discuss it directly.
Work location/Set up: Hybrid/ Mckinley (Training: Onsite (6weeks)After Training: Hybrid/WAHA
Shift Schedule: GY

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1–3 years in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
Hiring Expertise: Must have experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, particularly:
U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs)
U.S. Travel Nurses
Community Nurses
Other U.S. healthcare staffing roles

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Capable of handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients.
Talent Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring needs.

Sourcing Tools: Proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.
Compliance: Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.
Collaboration & Metrics: Works in a metrics-driven RPO environment and collaborates effectively with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams.
