IT Specialist (Multiple Openings) | Hybrid Work Setup

An International Company is seeking experienced IT Specialists to join its expanding technology division. The role is responsible for supporting enterprise systems, cloud environments, business applications, cybersecurity operations, software development, and data management initiatives. Successful candidates will work closely with local and international teams to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of critical IT platforms.

The ideal applicant must have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in enterprise technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot, implement, and optimize system solutions in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT systems and applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely system resolutions
• Monitor platform performance, system security, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on system improvements and integrations
• Maintain technical documentation and support process optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company IT standards and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any related discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant professional IT experience

• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu City or Manila
