I. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for managing sales operations, supporting distributors and key accounts, and executing marketing activities to achieve company sales targets. The role focuses on practical sales execution, market development, and coordination with internal teams.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management & Strategy
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
-Manage key customers and distributor relationships.
-Handle pricing discussions, promotions, and sales negotiations within approved limits.
-Monitor sales performance and market coverage.
Marketing & Trade Execution
-Execute marketing and promotional activities to support sales growth.
-Coordinate product promotions and basic trade marketing activities.
-Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Operational Coordination
-Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams for order fulfillment.
-Support collection follow-ups and sales documentation.
-Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
III. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-At least 4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
-Experience managing distributors or key accounts.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
-Good command of English; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
-Willing to do field work and local travel.

IV. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
-Solid experience in tobacco trading/distribution industries (highly preferred).
-Familiarity with the Philippine market and sales channels.
