Product Expert Specialist is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and assessing device replacements in accordance with client
Aftersales’ Standard Operating Procedures “SOP” to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Job Description:
Provide assistance to customers in mobile phone repair services, accessory sales, software upgrades, data backup
guidance, receiving and releasing of devices, physical inspection, informing customers about possible repair and data loss
risks, and following proper standard operating procedures in repairing phones and other devices
Assess the status of devices prior to repair to determine the appropriate maintenance type and confirm whether the
device is still within the warranty period.
Record every unique device problem observed in products for proper tracking and reference.
Provide updates on customers’ phone status and assist with general inquiries related to the business. Assist and coordinate the phone repair status of clients from regional areas, provide timely updates, and manage device
shipping to designated locations.
Actively identify and maximize upselling opportunities, including mobile phones, accessories, extended services, and out- of-warranty repairs, to contribute to outlet revenue.
Offer products and services related to Aftersales to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Maintain accurate encoding of information in the Aftersales system to ensure proper record-keeping and easy reference.
May be assigned to different tasks and/or departments from time to time as required by business needs.
Perform other administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
A) Receiving and depositing daily income and being accountable for any discrepancies
B) Issuing official receipts and updating columnar entries
C) Preparing reimbursement forms for incurred expenses and ensuring accuracy in reporting
Manage the security of Aftersales accounts by regularly updating passwords and ensuring the safekeeping of all
confidential information and software.
Participate in O-Elite examinations and interviews conducted by the Customer Service Head Office Management Team
and Headquarters, and meet the required passing standards.
Follow all business-related tasks assigned by the direct superior.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair Courses from TESDA, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related courses/College undergrad are welcome to apply as long as Completed with NC II
Knowledgeable in navigating an electronic device. Proficient in both English and Tagalog, with sufficient vocabulary and strong verbal communication skills.
Capable of handling diverse customer profiles, including irate clients, elderly customers, VIP clients, and general
inquiries.
Basic technical knowledge or background is considered a strong advantage.
Possesses a pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast–paced environment.
Able to multitask efficiently while maintaining quality customer service.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
