At least 10 years of hands-on experience in wire harness processing and assembly.
Strong knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes, including:
Experience in defect detection, visual inspection, continuity testing, and quality judgment (pass/fail evaluation).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
