100% WFH Outbound Agent

This is a 100% REMOTE, GY Shift, Outbound calling role

This is a role that offers a different approach compared to traditional BPO agent tasks, so please read the entire description carefully.

Role: Outbound Specialist, Home-Based, Weekend Off

Job Type: Full 8hr shift, independent contractor (freelance)

Training Date: On or Before Aug 31

 Salary: Php18,000 (Performance-based)

• We are currently seeking candidates with expertise in inbound and/or outbound roles, specifically those with a background in CS, Tech Support, Telemarketing, Voice-Appointment Setting, or similar fields.
• If you possess relevant experience, submit an updated copy of your resume along with a photo.

Goal:

• Call every number provided and document the phone number type and outcome with 100% accuracy.
• Candidates will be required to run the process and call at least 75 calls/hour
• Follow step-by-step instructions for documenting the result of the call by following the process without making errors.
• Follow a script to confirm information.
• Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by the manager.
• Self-disciplined and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision
• Meet and Exceed KPIs
• Display proper phone etiquette at all times

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• No prior issues of tardiness and absences
• Strong communication skills
• Open to working on a GY schedule (shifting schedules between 8 PM & 8 AM)
• Familiarity with dialer call dispo codes is an advantage
• Familiarity with dialers will be prioritized (Ex: Vicidial)
• Must have a stable internet connection - At least 100 Mbps is required!
• Backup internet is required! (pocket wifi, Home broadband prepaid wifi, NOT mobile data)
• Must have a desktop/laptop with a working cam for virtual meetings and a computer headset (NOT MOBILE HEADSET)
• Must have minimal to no power outage issues
