Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the skin care laser treatment branch.

Manage and train clinical and administrative staff.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client base.

Manage budgets and financial reporting for the branch.

Coordinate with medical professionals to maintain treatment quality.

Maintain inventory of laser equipment and supplies.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.

At least 3 years experience in supervisory in a healthcare or skin care facility.

Strong knowledge of skin care laser treatments and technologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to develop and execute marketing and business strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in medical settings.
