Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to business owners, introducing our services, qualifying prospects, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
You will follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural and professional, and consistently meet daily activity and appointment targets. Your ideas matter. If you have suggestions to improve our script, pitch, or sales process, we encourage you to share them. We're always open to better ways of doing things.
This role is only for candidates with prior cold calling experience. Applicants without cold calling experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce our services and generate interest.
- Follow our sales script while adapting naturally to conversations.
- Qualify prospects based on our criteria.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions when required.
Requirements:
- Previous cold calling experience is required. Applicants without cold calling experience will not be considered.
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation. (No accent, American accent is preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Confident handling objections and speaking with business owners.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and quality headset.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Compensation:
- $6/hour
- 5 hours / day
- Monday to Friday
