Job Purpose:
The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote CCTV systems, physical security solutions, and related services. This role requires a strong understanding of surveillance technology, access control, and integrated security systems, combined with hands-on marketing execution to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support. Must understand security systems and translate technical features into clear customer value.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Client-facing representative, meeting with customers to understand their security requirements
•Meet, present, and negotiate with clients and business partners
•Conduct site visits and recommend appropriate security systems and services
•Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
•Coordinate with internal technical and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
•Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals
•Stay updated on security industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
•Plan and execute marketing campaigns for CCTV and physical security solutions
•Create sales and marketing materials (brochures, decks, case studies)
•Support lead generation and digital marketing activities
•Work closely with sales and technical teams
•Conduct basic market and competitor research\Work closely with sales teams to develop pitch decks and client-facing content
•Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
•Conduct market research on security industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
•Coordinate marketing efforts with technology partners, vendors, and installer.
