✅ Track and analyze project costs for AV and IT installations (equipment, labor, subcontractors, logistics)

✅ Prepare project costing reports, budgets, and margin/variance analyses

✅ Monitor inventory costing for AV equipment, cabling, and IT hardware

✅ Support quotation and bid costing with accurate cost breakdowns

✅ Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Procurement to protect project margins

✅ Assist with month-end closing, WIP monitoring, and audit requirements

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus)

🔹 2+ years of experience in cost accounting (project-based or systems integration experience is a big plus!)

🔹 Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems

🔹 Understanding of project costing, inventory, and purchase-to-pay processes

🔹 Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail

🔹 Clear communicator who can work with technical and non-technical teams
