Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of sales/business development experience (construction/fabrication)
- Strong industry knowledge in construction/fabrication
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic, data-driven, and goal-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant tools
- Team player and can work independently
- Knowledge of local regulations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in construction/fabrication
- Conduct market research on customers, trends, and competitors
- Present and promote company services to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
