About the Role:
My Derma Dream is looking for skilled Remote BPO Sales Agents / Sales Closers who are confident in handling calls and closing sales. You will work with qualified inbound and outbound leads, speaking directly with customers to present products and convert interest into completed sales.
This role involves explaining product benefits, handling objections, guiding customers through the buying process, and managing follow-ups through the CRM system. You are expected to consistently meet performance targets in a results-driven remote setup while working US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls from interested customers
• Clearly present and recommend skincare products
• Handle objections and close deals effectively
• Track follow-ups and update CRM records
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• 1–2 years of BPO sales experience (required)
• Background in inbound/outbound sales, retention, or upselling is an advantage
• High school graduates are welcome to apply
• Conversational English skills for phone communication
• Strong selling and closing abilities
• Able to work US business hours
• Own a laptop (minimum i5), headset, and stable internet connection
