Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in direct selling of industrial equipment or technical products to end-users in the manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willing to engage in continuous learning and comfortable performing technical calculations for equipment sizing.
Competitive, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of a customer’s organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting solutions to customers.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining committed to meeting sales goals.
Can drive 4 - whee vehicle
Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
Acquire new clients and accounts.
Develop and expand business opportunities within existing accounts in the assigned territory.
Understand customer technical requirements and analyze their needs through site visits, online meetings, calls, and other communication channels.
Present solutions and product offerings to customers.
Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities within the assigned area.
Achieve the agreed sales targets.

SALARY RANGE: Php 30,000 excluding commission

WORK LOCATIONS: Quezon City. But since they are Sales
WORK SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri; 8am to 5pm
