• Customer Service: Attending to customers, answering inquiries about basic product information, and assisting them in locating items.
• Sales & Cashiering: Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system or cash register, processing payments, and issuing official receipts.
• Merchandising & Stocking: Unpacking deliveries, arranging products on shelves, rotating stock to ensure freshness, and checking expiration dates.
• Inventory Management: Assisting in periodic inventory counts and reporting low-stock items to the supervisor or manager.
• Prescription Assistance: Receiving prescriptions from clients and releasing prepared medications (under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist).
• Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy premises and display areas.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by management, as required by the nature of the retail business.
