Job Requirements
π€ QUALIFICATIONS
β 1+ year of US healthcare
recruitment experience
(required)
β Bachelorβs degree (HR, Psychology,
Business, or related field preferred)
β Strong sourcing, communication,
and organizational skills
β Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn
Recruiter, and Boolean search
β Willing to work night shifts
(aligned with US hours)
