Diagnose and repair malfunctions in commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, fryers, chillers, and freezers.
Maintain and repair building utility systems, including electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency repair requests during operational hours to ensure business continuity.
Perform routine tasks such as cleaning exhaust hoods, replacing worn gaskets, and checking system performance.
Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
Ensure all work performed complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
Experience with commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, chillers, freezers).
Knowledge of building utility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
