THE ROLE:

We are hiring a detail-driven, performance-focused Virtual Admin Assistant who can create clear, persuasive, and high-converting content for e-commerce campaigns.


This role is for someone who:

  • Understands how writing drives sales (not just engagement)
  • Can balance creativity with structure and data
  • Writes with clarity, accuracy, and intent
  • Can produce consistently under deadlines

If you rely on generic templates or write without reviewing your work—this role is not for you.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write and develop copy for advertising campaigns (Meta, landing pages, product descriptions)
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency
  • Optimize content using SEO and performance insights
  • Align messaging with brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Maintain accuracy and organization of content assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for execution
  • Continuously improve copy based on performance data

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Experience in Copywriting, Content Writing, or similar roles is an advantage
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • High attention to detail (grammar, tone, clarity)
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets or similar tools
  • Analytical and creative thinking combined


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 - 100 Mbps)

Laptop/PC with at least:

  • 8GB RAM
  • Intel i5 (or equivalent) or higher
  • 256GB storage or higher

For Mac Users:

  • 8GB unified memory or more
  • Apple M1 chip or newer (or Intel i5 and above)
  • 256GB SSD or more


SALARY: ₱18,000–₱20,000 per month


WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:

  • Employment Type: Contractual
  • Contract Term: 6 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)
  • Work Setup: Remote
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
