Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the overall operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, audits, tax compliance, and reconciliations.
Develop and implement financial strategies, internal controls, and accounting policies to maintain financial accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations. Monitor financial performance by analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying variances, and recommending improvements.
Supervise accounting staff, coordinate with other departments, and support management in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Ensure proper documentation, reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and inventory management while maintaining confidentiality and organizational financial integrity.
